* Initial meeting upon booking for the planner to gain an overall understanding of your vision for your wedding and décor.
* Unlimited texts and emails before your wedding day (beginning as soon as our contract is signed, and a deposit paid)

* Review vendor contracts to gain an understanding of the services that each vendor is providing the couple on their wedding day
* Venue walkthrough to better understand your ceremony and reception layout vision (no earlier than three months before wedding day)
*Create a floorplan per the couple’s vision and distribute the floorplan to all necessary vendors prior to the wedding day
*VIP Service for the couple on wedding day (food & drinks delivered throughout the entire event)
* Provide your final guest count to all necessary vendors
* Timeline creation for necessary vendors and wedding day timeline for wedding party
* Management and coordination with all vendors and venue personnel on wedding day
* Create must have photo list with couple and Photographer
*Assist photographer with execution of photo list to make sure couples needs are met, make sure all necessary wedding party and guests for photos are where they need to be and attention to catch small details for pictures such as clothes/hair straight, everyone lined up properly, make sure no unnecessary items are in pictures (purses/wallets/tissues etc.)
* Direct guests throughout the transitions of the events (wedding, pictures, hors d'oeuvres/cocktail hour and reception and answer any questions your guests/vendors may have throughout the day
*Arrange for all of your personal items to be packed up and give to a designated family member/friend
* Small Decor set-up and breakdown for the ceremony and reception to include signage, florals, centerpieces, guestbook, card box (does not include table, chairs, draping, lighting)
*Coordinate toasts, speeches, cake cutting, cue wedding party for grand entrance, processional, recessional and all other pre-organized formalities
* Organize the send-off
*Wedding day checklist to make sure nothing is forgotten
* Access to bridal emergency kit & tool kit
* Rehearsal Coverage (up to 1 hour day before or day of wedding
* Up to 12 hour-coordination (this time includes decor set-up and breakdown)
* Distribute final payments/gratuities for you if needed
* 1 Planner included and assistant(s) (if needed)
* Final Meeting 1-4 weeks prior to wedding day to finalize all details (timeline, floorplan, vendors, etc.)
